No! There is a $200 deposit per person to hold your spot and the final payment is due October 21, 2024. Deposit is required at time of booking. This confirms your spot in the group, and you are considered a confirmed attending guest. Deposits are 100% non-refundable, non-transferrable and are required to hold space. If you are unable to attend the wedding you need to notify Romantic Planet Vacations immediately, so that we can remove you from the manifest, and open it up for another guest. Your deposit is non refundable, failure to advise us that you are unable to attend, will result in a cancellation penalty of 50% up to 100% of your total invoice.

If you are married or in a long term relationship and only one of you received our mobile invitation, your partner is definitely invited to the wedding as well as your children. Otherwise we ask that you reach out to us for any additional wedding plus ones as we are trying to keep our event limited to close friends and family.

Yes! We would love your kids to join us both at the resort and for our wedding. While the Iberostar in Montego Bay has an Adults Only hotel we will be staying in the Family Friendly side where there is childcare available at their Star Camp, a kids splash pool and nannies will also be available for $25USD/HR.

We do advise taking advantage of our discount at the all-inclusive Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites but if you choose to book somewhere else that is up to you! Please note you will be required to purchase a Day Pass to attending the wedding. The cost is $175USD for person and the pass is good from 9am and ends at 2am

There is so much to do at the Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites! From Playful activities such as workshops of dyeing, knotting clothes or painting, sports, pool of activities to professional shows every night for both children and adults to enjoy: magic, juggling, music and dance for all audiences. Chose from the many restaurants to indulge at or go for a Spa experience. Take advantage of their many sports facilities such as the tennis court, beach volleyball court and gym (for people over 16 years old) If you like golf, in the vicinity of the hotel you have two 18-hole courses. The Government of Canada recommends exercising a high degree of caution when traveling but Jamaica is pushing back against this ruling saying in a press release "the Government has more than doubled its investments to strengthen our capacity to tackle crime and health-related challenges across the island for the benefit of our citizens and indeed everyone who wishes to visit Jamaica,” That being said it is advised to stay on resorts and do guided tours and avoid traveling alone at night. We advise guests do their research if staying somewhere other then Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites or traveling off resort without a guide.

If you have booked through Romantic Planet Vacations the policy is as follows: Upto and including 72 days prior to departure - loss of deposit 31-71 days prior to departure - 50% of the total travel cost 30 days or less before travel commences and thereafter - 100% of the total travel cost All changes and cancellations must be made IN WRITING to your designated travel agent BEFORE the deadline listed above. The non-refundable amount to be paid will be advised at the time of booking and is available on your invoice once your booking has been made. Portions of your vacation may be non-refundable such as excursions, transfers, flights, accommodation options, room upgrades, late check-out, theme park tickets and airport parking. Romantic Planet Vacations reserves the right to charge any additional change or cancellation fees charged by a supplier. Please note that all departure taxes and travel related fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for bookings cancelled by you or Sunwing/Sunwing Vacations resulting from an act of God or an Event of Force Majeure.

Changes to hotel room occupancy are considered a cancellation and rebooking by our hotel suppliers; therefore, pricing at the time of the occupancy change will apply to all occupants of the room and may incur an additional change fee of $150 per person. If an occupant in a room cancels, that person will be subject to cancellation fees at the time of their cancellation. An additional occupant to the room, if allowed by the tour operator, will be subject to system pricing at that time. In both cases, remaining room occupants will be subject to new pricing as follows: If the new price per person is lower, existing occupants will be refunded the difference less the change fee. If the new price per person is higher, existing occupants will have to pay the difference and the change fee will be waived.No changes are allowed at 30 days or less to departure

You are guaranteed the room category for which you have booked and paid for however, sometimes hotels over-sell themselves. In this event, they will upgrade you complimentary to their next available room category. It is also very important to note that room requests such as king size beds, adjoining rooms and location of the room will be submitted to the hotel on your behalf but are NOT guaranteed. These are allocated by the hotel upon check-in. Any and all hotel-related issues MUST be addressed with hotel management directly at the time of their occurrence as most often Romantic Planet Vacations can not assist with resolving such matters after your return and after the occurrence and especially if you did not bring it to their attention at the time. They are best equipped to satisfy your needs while you are there.

There is an additional charge for seat selection and upgrades where available. Group space is allocated near the rear of the aircraft, assigned by the tour operator. It is not guaranteed that you are seated with who you are booked with. Please note, the airline reserves the right to adjust the seat numbers reserved in the case of an aircraft type change or routing change. Romantic Planet Vacations cannot be held liable for any changes made by the airline to seat numbers or seating arrangements made with advance seat selection.
